Our team members enjoy

· answering enquiries from international visitors who are interested in joining us for Arden 2010
· liaising with our visiting groups, keeping them up to date with plans and information
· supporting visa applications if necessary
· arranging pre or post camp stays, at a modest extra cost, if requested
· meeting and greeting arrivals at Birmingham International Airport or Birmingham train stations and   accompanying them to camp
· at camp paying a friendly visit to each group and their hosts each day
· offering support if necessary during pre and post camp stays
· and finally saying farewell

Offers of help from Warwickshire members to meet and greet before camp and to provide support for groups extending their stay in local halls before or after camp would be appreciated.
If you are unable to camp yourself this would be a great opportunity to meet Guides and their leaders from other parts of the world.
