In the very near future, we hope to provide an online booking form. In the meantime, the form is available as a PDF file below. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5or above to view and print the file.
IMPORTANT NOTICE The booking will not be processed unless a non-returnable
deposit is received by the Booking Secretary. Please make cheques payable to:
GIRLGUIDING WARWICKSHIRE (HARDIMAN FIELDS CAMPSITE) and include a large
stamped addressed envelope (Current large 2nd class stamp = 40p).
The form is also available to download as an Adobe PDF file. Just fill in the appropriate parts and return with your deposit.
