International Opportunities 2018 – INTOPS selection day

March 2018 - Date to be confirmed

Being selected to take part in an International Opportunity will give girls an opportunity to travel as part of group, undertake challenges both personal and as part of a team and they may meet Guides and Scouts from other parts of the world. Some trips have a community or service element and /or may visit one of Girlguiding’s World centres.

INTOPS is for Guides, Rangers and Young Leaders who:-

* Would like to find out more about representing Girlguiding Warwickshire at future International Events

* Want to be considered for an exciting, challenging International opportunity

* Are willing to fundraise the money for their trip

* Will be aged 14 to 18 at time of travel (so girls could be an older Guide at the moment)

During the day you will be able to:

* Find out what it means to represent Girlguiding at an International Event and decide whether you would like to be considered.

* Talk to people who have been involved in previous International experiences.

* Meet the International Team, who will be organising the day.

* Take part in various activities, make some new friends and have lots of fun.

* Find out what trips are on offer for 2018.

Application forms are available now from Debbie Warden please email if you require any further clarification about INTOPS.
